Opt-in flow shown to users
- The user visits https://peritif.com/contact/.
- The user enters their name, email address, inquiry message, and optionally a U.S. mobile phone number.
- The user may check the standalone SMS consent checkbox. It is optional and unchecked by default.
- Users who do not check the SMS consent checkbox can still submit the form and receive an email response.
- Peritif sends SMS only to numbers submitted through this website form with the SMS checkbox checked.
