This page documents how Peritif obtains consent to send SMS messages. It matches the contact form on the home page.
Message flow (opt-in)
- The user visits https://peritif.com/ and scrolls to the Contact section (or follows the Contact link in the site header).
- The user enters their name, email, and what they need in the message field.
- To receive text messages from Peritif, the user enters a U.S. mobile phone number and checks the SMS consent box. The checkbox label states that messages may include preview links, scheduling updates, follow-ups, suggested improvements, and pricing details; that message frequency varies; that message and data rates may apply; and that the user can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms are shown next to the checkbox.
- The user submits the form. We record the request (including whether SMS consent was checked and the phone number provided) and respond to the inquiry. We only send SMS to numbers where this opt-in was submitted through this form (or other documented business interactions where SMS was expressly requested).
